Ingredients for 4 people:
Two eggplants of medium size
200 grams of smoked cheese
600 grams of dried cod soaked before filettone
1kg of fresh cherry tomatoes
A few leaves of thyme and marjoram
A bunch of basil
Salt to taste

Cut the eggplant into slices half a centimeter thick.
