SIMPLE AND DELICIOUS RECIPES

GATEAU POTATOES AND MUSHROOMS LAUREL .

Ingredients for 4 people:

4 large yellow potatoes
4 porcini mushrooms (head and stem)
bay leaves, salt, white pepper
extra virgin olive oil (preferably Ligurian)
a sprig of parsley
a clove of garlic

METHOD
Peel and finely chop 4 large potatoes, season with oil, salt, white pepper and bay leaves. Anoint with oil the bottom of a baking pan and place one half of the seasoned potatoes.
Above them arrange the mushrooms, well washed from the soil, and dried, seasoned with olive oil, salt, parsley and a clove of garlic finely chopped .
Cover the layer of mushrooms with the other half of the potatoes.
Still a few bay leaves and you can put in the oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
Put aluminum foil to cover the pan the first 20 minutes, then remove it and to reach the final browning.
